Blumenthal Arts acknowledges that individuals with specific needs have the same right to enjoy events as everyone else. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our patrons, please respect the following rules:

Firearms, ammunition, knives and weapons of any kind are not permitted on Blumenthal Arts operated premises.

Patrons who partake in disruptive behavior including fighting, bullying, throwing objects, speaking loudly during the show, negatively impacting other patrons, or acting in any other harassing or offensive manner will be immediately ejected from the venue.

Patrons believed to be engaging in fraudulent ticketing practices - including counterfeiting tickets or reselling tickets for more than $10 face value - will be denied access to purchasing tickets.

Patrons will comply with requests from venue staff regarding facility operations and emergency response procedures.

Patrons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

We may photograph, film, videotape, record or otherwise reproduce the image and/or voice of any person who enters Blumenthal Arts operated locations and use the same for any purpose without payment to any person.

Blumenthal Arts has the right to request any person who does not follow the code of conduct or direction of venue staff to leave the theatre without a refund.

We take your right to privacy seriously and want you to feel comfortable using our website. This Privacy Policy deals with personally identifiable information (referred to as “Data” below) that may be collected by us on our site. This Privacy Policy does not apply to other entities that we do not own or control or persons that are not our employees, agents or within our control.

Collection of Data

Your username, email address, or other submissions that you make on this site may contain your real name or other personally identifiable information and, as a result, may appear on this site. Like many websites, we may also automatically receive general information that is contained in our server log files such as your IP address and cookie information.
