FINAL WEEK FOR GIRLS ONLY – SHOW MUST CLOSE AUG. 1
Charlotte, NC – GIRLS ONLY: The Secret Comedy of Women ends its 13-week run Sunday at the Blumenthal Performing Arts Center’s Stage Door Theater after selling out more than 30 performances. The final performance is Sunday, Aug. 1 at 6:30 p.m.
Many of the week’s performances are sold out but great seats remain for the Sunday, Aug. 1 evening performance. For tickets, visit BlumenthalCenter.org, call (704) 372-1000 or purchase in person at the Performing Arts Center’s box office located in the Belk Theater.
GIRLS ONLY had 90 performances over its 13-week run with nearly 9,000 patrons having seen the show. For the last three weeks, the show has consecutively broke the one-week sales record for the Stage Door Theater, besting the final week of our last run of Shear Madness (Sept. 1 – 6, 2009).
GIRLS ONLY is an original comedy that celebrates the honor, truth, humor and silliness of being female. With a two-woman cast and audiences full of raucous, laughing ladies, the show is a unique examination of all things girly.
