The wildly popular, Tony Award winning musical Jersey Boys is back in the Queen City!
It opened at the Belk Theater Wednesday night to a near sell-out crowd and judging by this standing ovation - the audience loved it!
When they're not busy performing the iconic hits from "Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons," the cast has been busy having some fun with Charlotte's growing media scene.
The cast split into groups to teach the steps to the song "Walk Like a Man" to some TV news crews. So... who do you think stole the show?
Here's "Team Fox 46"

And here's "Team Charlotte Today"
After wowing the crowd opening night, the cast enjoyed a little downtime at Aria. Mark Ballas (you might recall him from his "Dancing with the Stars" days) played "Frankie Valli" during the tour's big run in LA and stopped by to check-in on his former cast mates!
(Mark Ballas is second from the left with the awesome tattoos. Sorry for the red eyes, guys and gals)
I even snuck up on David LaMarr, who plays a handful of characters in the show including the French Rap Star, Detective One, Hal Miller, Barry Belson, and Davis. He took to Aria's piano for this special "thank you" to the opening night crowd!
The show is in town through Sunday but I cannot stress enough how near sell-out all the remaining shows are - so GET YOUR TICKETS ASAP!
Cast, crew, and creative team - welcome back to Charlotte! Break a leg!
